– Real Estate Salespersons –

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding solutions that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate price and represent our clients to close the transaction. Candidates will strive to meet the needs and goals of our buyers, sellers, investors, and of course themselves. All new agent training is done in-house. After completion of training, agent may work either from home or in office if desired. Additional training may be completed via Zoom or In-house as needed.
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to new prospects
- Stage and show residential homes, multi-family, and unique properties
- Advertise and market homes, multi-family properties, vacant land, and unique properties
- Discover clients’ criteria and find living space requirements and appeal that meet their needs & goals
- Negotiate pricing and value for buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Ethically represent yourself and K2 Premier Realty
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ of sales experience (preferred, but new agents welcome)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license or individuals preparing to take the license exam
- Laptop computer
- Valid Driver’s License

– Administrative Assistant –
K2 Premier Realty is looking to add both a full-time and part-time admin to our brokerage family. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Update and handle CRM and Transaction software daily
- Answer office phone in friendly and professional manner
- Handle all office email directly addressed to admin
- Prepare documentation for brokerage and individual agent transactions
- Handle marketing and social media presence for brokerage
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Licensed Real Estate agent preferred; not required
- Strong social media capabilities preferred; not required
- MLS/Back office/CRM/Transaction management software experience a plus

- Background check required (No check required if licensed as PA Realtor)
