I have worked with many agents. I have only found in one other I consider a counselor more than an agent. As soon as you meet Scott you will get the feeling that he is not a sales person but a friend. Your instinct will be right...but he’s not just another nice guy… he is an expert at finding appropriate listings, without bias for his own, examining a home, pointing out things I couldn’t see (and I have a lot of experience), negotiating, keeping the process simple and moving, and being unbelievably responsive somehow at all times! This guy takes calls and makes calls and gets things done. I don’t think you can go wrong with him, because even, as in my case when I voiced doubts and objections he had patience, understanding, and flexible solutions. Five stars and a handshake!
