Scott was referred to us by our contractor. I was immediately impressed as Scott came prepared to our first meeting doing all of his homework on our property and potential comps in the area. We had a very unique listing and Scott went above and beyond to ensure we listed it at the appropriate price and that it would appraise at that listing price. Honesty, genuine interest in getting the best for his clients, responsibility, responsiveness, and great personality are qualities that make Scott a great agent. My girlfriend and I worked with him for 3 long months in the search of our perfect home. I started working with Scott a few years ago when I thought I was ready to buy a house but it turned out I had credit issues I needed to work on. During the whole process I could ask Scott anything and he is very responsive and knowledgeable. This year I finally bought my home !! I love it!! Scott was very essential in this and I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of him. Where to start in talking about my experience with Scott? Well, I suppose it would be easiest to point out that within minutes of calling him for the first time, Scott was happy to make arrangements with us for viewings. Considering the hassle I've seen friends and family go through with other agents, Scott seemed like an absolute godsend. Within the next few days he had a fairly large list of properties to look at—which we did–but he also had a few that weren't on our list that he took us to see. We ended up buying one of those properties.

What really set Scott apart for me was the way he dealt with my lender, who I will not name, but made the process such an exceptional hassle that we (my wife and I) almost considered canning the deal on our home. Scott really made that happen. He was proactive with my loan officer—who couldn't otherwise be bothered to respond to any of my calls—and he was just as proactive in making sure the necessary repairs to the house were complete.

In short, Scott is a professional's professional. He gets the job done, he gives sound advice, and honestly he's just a nice guy. I would suggest giving him a call before checking out lenders however. Had I known that, perhaps the fat hassle of working with my lender would have been much smoother.
